1. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products from our online store by consumers worldwide.
2. Contractual Partner & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Emanuel Chereji or its legal successor entity (GmbH).
By placing the product in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is finalized upon clicking the order button and receiving an order confirmation.
Digital product delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
• All prices include final costs. VAT is not applicable under the current Kleinunternehmerregelung (§6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG).
• Payment Methods: Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, etc.)
4. Delivery of Digital Products
• Delivery is instant via download link at checkout and/or email to the address provided during purchase.
• The email will include download instructions and access details.
• Please ensure you enter your email address correctly at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)
• For instant digital downloads, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once you confirm immediate delivery at checkout.
• If you do not agree to waive this right, you will not be able to download the product immediately and must wait until the withdrawal period ends.
6. Warranty & Liability
• We guarantee that the digital file will be delivered in a readable and accessible format.
• If the file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
• We are not liable for compatibility issues caused by your device or software.
