Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered instantly (e.g., via download or email) once you have begun the download or access after purchase, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw.

Before completing the purchase, you will be asked to confirm:

• That you want the digital product to be made available immediately after payment.

• That you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all sales are final after the download link or email with the product has been sent.

• Refunds are only provided if the file is defective or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
